Blogging as I see it
I had used blogging a few times in the past but never appreciated it as a powerful teaching tool until now. Since going through this class, I have come to lose my skepticism on the effectiveness of blogging as a teaching tool. I can see in it, a potential of helping teachers in the nearest future.

I can see it as something that can be very powerful as well. But right now I still view it as just another thing I have to do. Maybe I should play around more with my school blog now that I am becoming more comfortable with blogs. I can allow my students to comment, or do assignments. I might start this week.

ReplyDeleteI am finding that blogging is kind of a chore to do. I think that if I had more time to dedicate to it. I would be able to appreciate it more. I want my students to appreciate it as a new way to connect to their classmates as well rather than another assignment that they have to complete as well. I think it is more of an overload because I am unfamiliar with it. Although once I become accustomed to something, it becomes old hat. I hoping the same become true with blogging.
